
Charlotte BONNET - Soprano
Trained in Montauban and Toulouse, Charlotte Bonnet is the winner of numerous singing competitions, notably in Béziers, Marmande, Marseille, Arles, Capri, and the Enesco Competition, as well as being a laureate of Génération Opéra and the Mozart Competition in Vienna.
After making her stage debut as Belinda in Dido and Aeneas, she sang Rosine in a French version of The Barber of Seville, Frasquita in Carmen, and Annina and Flora in La Traviata.
She made her debut at the Paris Opera in 2022 as Noémie in Cendrillon. She has also sung the First Niece in Peter Grimes, Pamina in a French version of The Magic Flute and Musetta in La Bohème at the Opéra Grand Avignon; Rose in Lakmé at the Opéra de Monaco and the Théâtre des Champs-Élysées; Anna in La Nonne Sanglante at the Opéra de Saint-Etienne and Zerlina in Don Giovanni and Musetta at the Festival de Sanxay.
In the operetta repertoire, she has performed as Clairette in La Fille de Madame Angot, the title role in Véronique, Nadia in The Merry Widow, Violetta in Violettes Impériales, Wanda in The Grand Duchess of Gerolstein, Germaine in Les Cloches de Corneville, Lady Mary in Monsieur Beaucaire, and Franzi in Un Rêve de Valse.
Her repertoire is now evolving toward more lyrical soprano roles. She has taken on the role of Micaëla in Carmen in Basel, Hilda in Sigurd in Marseille, and Suzel in L'Amico Fritz at the Gattières Festival.
During the 2025–2026 season, she sings Lucía in Martín Palmeri’s tango opera Mateo at the Théâtre du Fort Antoine in Monaco; Eurydice in Orpheus in the Underworld in Nouaillé-Maupertuis; Alice in Falstaff (abridged version) at the Avignon Opera; the First Nymph in Rusalka at the Limoges Opera; Liù in a participatory adaptation of Turandot at the Rouen Opera; and the First Lady in The Magic Flute at the Sanxay Festival.
